Punctuality & Arrival
Tours start promptly at the scheduled time. In order to respect the schedule and other bookings, guides cannot wait beyond a 15-minute grace period. If you do not arrive on time, the tour will be deemed a no-show and will not be eligible for a refund.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

• Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the tour: 100% refund.
• Cancellations made between 24 and 48 hours before the tour: 50% refund.
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance or same-day no-show: No refund.

Inclusions & Exclusions

• Included: Services of a licensed local guide; all tastings explicitly mentioned in wine tour itineraries.
• Not included: Meals and dinners (unless specified), personal travel insurance, and personal expenses.
